26 Nov I want to sell my home, but can’t afford the marketing. What can I do?
Have you ever wondered what happens if you would like to sell your home, but don’t have the funds to pay for real estate agency marketing fees, other selling related costs (payment of LIM/building inspection reports), or having your home staged for sale, upfront? We’ve long suspected this might be the case for many people, so if this is you, read on!
Thankfully the solution to this problem is effective and simple thanks to a New Zealand privately owned and operated company called Lifestyle Finance. Lifestyle Finance works with leading Real Estate agencies to provide customers with the best possible short-term finance options when selling their home. Lifestyle Finance is a bit of a Kiwi success story, and Director Karen Jackson lives right here on the Hibiscus Coast. With a career in finance, Karen noticed that post the GFC there was a gap in the market for financing options that would enable Kiwis to move on and sell their homes. Since then, hundreds of Kiwis have made the most of Front Door Finance packages to fund better marketing campaigns, and getting a better sale price for their homes in the process.
It is already widely known that getting the best price for your home depends upon having lots of interested buyers – which in turn is impacted by how the property is marketed and staged for sale. Obtaining Front Door Finance is quick and easy, and best of all, due to a strong relationship with Harcourts, it can offer you 90-day interest-free terms as well as 90 days of deferred payment. So why wouldn’t you get your real estate agent to pay the interest for 90 days and show off your home to its full potential?
Below are some FAQs we hope you find useful. Please get in contact with Team Hansen at Harcourts if you’d like to discuss options for selling your home. www.thehansens.co.nz
